PLEASE NOTE:

While a cot is available for small babies, we do not recommend the house for children under 6 or children who cannot swim, as the pool is a uniform depth of 1.30m

In high season, bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, however, at other times we try to be flexible, for instance long weekends or mid-week breaks to take advantage of cheap flights. Charges will be on a pro rata basis.

The booking form must be completed in full and accurately for insurance purposes. Should you wish to accommodate 2 extra people on the sofa-bed, this must be by prior arrangement and there will be an extra charge of £25 for laundry and services.

Included in the price:
All facilities at the house. Cleaning at the end of stay, electricity, gas, hot water, one weeks supply of bed linen and bathroom and pool towels. Guests staying 2 weeks will have a fresh supply of linen and cleaning services after one week. Should guests require additional cleaning services this can be arranged and charged for locally, but please arrange with us in advance.

Security deposit:
A security deposit of £250 will be added to your final bill. This will be returned 2 weeks after your stay when the house has been checked for damage and breakages.
If the house has not been left in a reasonable state and requires extra cleaning, this will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation:
Prior to 8 weeks before departure, a full refund will be given. If less than 8 weeks, the total cost of the rental is forfeit. See note below on insurance.

Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you take out full holiday travel insurance to cover medical problems, loss, injury or damage to yourself or your belongings, travel delays and cancellation insurance. We accept no liability whatsoever for these events.

Payment:
A deposit of £500 per week is payable on booking. The remainder, with security deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival. We reserve the right to consider the booking as having been cancelled if payment has not been received 8 weeks prior to arrival.

On receipt of the signed booking form and deposit, your reservation will be confirmed. On receipt of final payment, a receipt will be issued. Two weeks before your booking date you will be sent directions and instructions for collecting the keys. A full information booklet is available in the house.
